Strategic financing deal management and execution, specialized in debt and capital markets transaction, largely (but not entirely) linked to event-driven circumstances (large contracts/M&A/asset/leveraged/ECA environments).

Focus on deal-making critical activities: leading the process; support to BUs in preparing material for banks and investors; planning and coordination of consultants and workstreams; closing; post closing activities (CPs, critical administrative obligations, post closing organizational integration).
